DESCRIPTION:Every year Quantum House's annual event\, Taste of Compassion\, boasts more than twenty five chefs from the American Culinary Federation\, Palm Beach County Chapter and a variety of local restaurants who join together for a night of divine and decadent tastings paired with award-winning wines. This year's event is taking on the theme Taste of Construction: Toasting to 20 New Rooms to highlight the House's upcoming expansion! Proceeds benefit Quantum House\, a non-profit hospital hospitality house which provides lodging for more than 500 family members each year while their child is receiving treatments for serious medical conditions in Palm Beach County.\n\n\n\nTaste of Compassion will feature an array of epicurean offerings from four different courses and a selection of over 65 wines presented by Southern Wine & Spirits.  Guests will enjoy "tastes" from participating restaurants and clubs including The Breakers and Paddy Mac's. \n\n \n\nSponsors include PNC Bank\, FPL\, St. Mary's Medical Center Palm Beach Broadcasting\, TBC Corporation\, The Breakers Hotel\, Southern Wine and Spirits\, Florida Weekly\, Palm Beach Broadcasting\, Love's Flower Shop and Urban Gypsy.
