DESCRIPTION:Session 1/4 for 2020 Quarterly Seminars:\n\n\n\nSession 1: "No Union\, No Matter   How Board Decisions Impact You!"\n\n	At the end of 2019\, the Labor Board issued a flurry of rulings which have a significant impact on both unionized and non-unionized workplaces.  This program will cover how the decisions have changed the legal landscape\, often returning to a previous legal standard. These rulings impact employees' ability to use work email\,  arbitration deferrals\, and prohibitions on discussing pending investigations\, among others.
