DESCRIPTION:Inaugural Countdown 2 Zero Adoption Event\n\nSaturday\, September 6\, 2014\n\n \n\nThe Inaugural Countdown 2 Zero Adoption Event presented by The Lois Pope LIFE Foundation will take place on Saturday\, September 6\, 2014 from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm inside the Palm Beach County Convention Center in West Palm Beach.  This free event will present more than 600 of Palm Beach County's adoptable dogs\, cats\, kittens\, puppies\, birds\, and furry companion animals available at discounted adoption fees.\n\n \n\n \n\nThe Countdown 2 Zero Adoption Event is a collaborative effort between local animal rescues in an effort to save lives.  To date\, there are more than 30  local animal rescue organizations participating in this exciting event with the combined goal to find 300 animals their forever homes.\n\n \n\n \n\nCountdown2Zero.org\n \n\n \n\nAbout C2Z:\n\nCountdown 2 Zero is public/private community collaboration\, initiated by Palm Beach County Animal Care and Control\, the Board of County Commissioners and Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League to bring animal welfare organizations together and end the euthanasia of adoptable animals in Palm Beach County.
