DESCRIPTION:Indulge to make a difference at this spectacular dish-centric dinner. Inspired by some of the region's most talented chefs\, Culinary Creations will benefit Quantum House and The Palm Beach County Chefs in Distress Endowment Fund.  Chaired by the Executive Chef of Banquets at The Breakers and 2013 Palm Beach Food and Wine Festival featured chef\, Jeff Simms\; Culinary Creations celebrates the extraordinary talents of some of the finest chefs in South Florida.\n\n \n\nDifferent from other food & wine events in Palm Beach County\, guests can expect the complete package beginning with a marvelous champagne reception featuring delectable hors d 'oeuvres. The "foodie" themed evening flows into the silent auction where guests can bid on private chef dinners\, wine tastings and other items that speak to the luxurious side in all of us.\n\n \n\nThe once-in-a-lifetime dinner also features four courses served round robin style.  Guests have the opportunity to experience a dish from each of the twenty-five chefs such as Porcini and Pancetta Stuffed Artichoke with Tomato Confit\, Mango Barbeque Braised Short Rib & Jamaican Jerk Shrimp\, Pancetta Wrapped Veal Tenderloin Milanese\n\nGremolata\, and Warm Strawberry Rhubarb Tart . Some of the participating clubs and restaurants include Boca Grove\, The Breakers Palm Beach\, Echo Palm Beach\, Mar A Lago and Caf  L' Europe.  The diners will leave with a full stomach and a full heart because 100% of the proceeds from the dinner will benefit deserving charities.
