DESCRIPTION:“Into the Woods” combines the well-known 18th century Brothers Grimm fairy tales of Cinderella\, Rapunzel\, Jack and the Beanstalk\, and Little Red Riding Hood with the story of the Baker and his Wife who desperately want a child. Unfortunately\, the Baker and his Wife were cursed with childlessness bya witch and must perform various missions involving the characters in the other fairy tales to breakthe spell. The musical explores what happens after "happily ever after" when these wishes have cometrue and the importance of communities working toward a common goal.
