DESCRIPTION:This free educational and experiential class is supported by the South Florida Cancer Association and in partnership with The Therapeutic Alternative.   These meetings are highly recommended for those who have undergone radiotherapy or lymph node dissection.\n\n\n\nParticipants learn what they can do to minimize the effects of Lymphedema while meeting others with this concern.  Self care activities such as self massage\, diaphragmatic breathing and appropriate exercise are discussed and practiced.
