He manages all aspects of Related Ross' West Palm Beach office initiatives\, including property development\, operations\, leasing and management\, currently overseeing Related Ross' 1.7-million-square-foot operating office portfolio and its 3.5-million-square-foot+ office development pipeline\, including the under construction 10 & 15 CityPlace.  \n\nPrior to joining Related in 2014\, he was a Real Estate Manager at OTO Development\, one of the largest hotel development firms in the country\, where he was responsible for all aspects of market analysis\, project underwriting site acquisition and due diligence and entitlement management. While at OTO\, Jordan was responsible for projects in key markets including Chicago and Boston. Prior to joining OTO\, Jordan spent 5 years at Wells Fargo Securities in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group.\n\nJordan holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Development and Corporate Finance from UNC's Kenan Flagler School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University. Mr. Cabrera was raised in Greenacres\, and invested in his first property at the age of 18.
