The menu\, by executive chef Marco Barbisotti\, includes Sant Ambroeus favorites such as Vitello Tonnato\, Caprese\, Tagliatelle alla Bolognese\, Risotti and Cotoletta alla Milanese\, alongside new dishes inspired by the sea and the fresh ingredients of Florida. Sant Ambroeus Palm Beach offers delicious housemade cakes\, pies\, tiramisu and a creamy millefoglie dessert. At the bar are refreshing seasonal cocktails and digestivi for guests to enjoy alongside a wine program comprised of fine Italian wines\, including esoteric options from more obscure regions.
