DESCRIPTION:Chase down the rabbit hole with the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches at Okeeheelee Park - Micanopy Pavilion as we host The BrandX Women for Women 5K on Saturday\, May 13. More than 500 runners will line up to celebrate and encourage each other in this unique sporting event. Don't be late to register for this important date! \n\nHow creative you can get with your best Alice in Wonderland outfits on the day of event? Enter our costume contest and you just might win a special prize! \n\nGenerations of women\, ages 7 and over\, will run and walk together at this fun special event\, appropriately scheduled for Mother's Day weekend. Each finisher will receive a themed medal\, race T-shirt\, and goody bag. This year\, we will also have prizes for the Fastest Mother\, Grandmother\, and Great Grandmother\, too! Which one will you beeeeeeeeee? Make sure you note which category you'll be racing in when registering!\n\n\n\nThere will also be a 100-Yard Kid's Dash for children ages 3 to 6. Quantum House relieves the stress and financial hardship that are often added to the trauma of illness or injury. Guests staying at the House are asked to pay a nominal fee to help with operating costs\, but no one is turned away because of inability to pay. As the only facility of its kind between Orlando and Ft. Lauderdale\, Quantum House serves families from around the world. The House is open to all families regardless of race\, ethnicity\, creed\, religion\, or socioeconomic background.\n\n\n\n\n\nSpecial photo opportunities will be available. For those in a family of three generations of women\, don't miss your chance to get a picture taken to remember this family fun event. \n\nPlease note: Photographs taken at this event may be used for future publications and promotions.\n\n \n\nInterested in sponsoring this event? LOCATION:LOCATION: Okeeheelee Park MICANOPY PAVILION - RACE STARTING LINE 7715 Forest Hill Blvd.\, West Palm Beach\, FL 33413 Parking: PARK at MICANOPY PAVILION along street - first come first served - plenty of parking available. Packet Pickup: Please plan to pick up your packet at an early packet pickup. Participants may have someone pick up their race packet ahead of event. If you cannot attend early packet pickup\, we will have packet pickup on race day starting at 6:00 a.m. Early Packet Pickup Date and Time May 10 & May 11 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
