from American Humane Association, a national leader in disaster response and animal rescue. This course trains

you to assist during a disaster in your community and is the first step to becoming an American Humane Association

Red Star Animal Emergency Services volunteer at the national level.

Topics of this intensive two-day training include:

* Role and responsibilities in animal rescue

* Activating a disaster response team

* Safety factors and concerns in the field and shelter

* Incident command system in animal operations
