Cultural Council Biennial 2015 - This juried exhibition at the Cultural Council of Palm Beach County includes hundreds of paintings, photos, sculpture, videos and site-specific installation art created by dozens of professional and amateur artists. Awards for "Best of Show," second and third place will be announced at the preview party.
