F. Malcolm Cunningham, Sr. Bar Association Celebrates Black History Month & Educational Empowerment and hosts its 13th Annual William H. Holland Scholarship Luncheon. The F. Malcolm Cunningham, Sr. Bar Association (FMCBA) will host its annual Black History Month signature community event, the 13th Annual William Holland Scholarship Luncheon. Charlie Crist, Esq., guest speaker, is former Florida Governor and Florida Education Commissioner. The Holland Scholarship Luncheon will also showcase FMCBA?s recognition of three (3) deserving 3rd year law students with scholarships to prepare for the Florida Bar Examination.
