Dr. Paul Clayton graduated summa cum laude in Medical Pharmacology from Edinburgh University, Scotland and obtained a PhD. He currently serves as a Fellow with the Institute of Food, Brain and Behaviour (Oxford) and is a visiting professor with University of Pecs (Hungary).
Formerly, he chaired the Forum on Food & Health at the Royal Society of Medicine (UK) and was Senior Scientific Advisor to the UK Committee on the Safety of Medicines.
Dr. Clayton collaborates with leading doctors and scientists at multiple international clinical centres, designing studies of pharmaco-nutritional solutions throughout the world.
