"Emotional Intelligence: Getting Smarter About Business Relationships", part of the 2014 Knowledge Series, will be presented by Neil Katz, PhD, Professor Emeritus, Syracuse University. Dr. Katz is a nationally known speaker and prominent authority for his understanding of emotional intelligence and how increased awareness and how we communicate favorably impacts every aspect of leadership and performance across a range of activities from management to sales. A grasp of emotional intelligence leads to fewer conflicts, better customer relationships and happier employees.
