Description
Fair Mediation Associates Inc. will hold a full-day seminar on Friday, April 4, 2014 as part of its Emotional Intelligence Development Series. The focus will be on effective communications as part of relationship management, one of the four skill areas measured as part of Emotional Intelligence.
Participants will receive advanced training in developing an individual speaking style, learning how to set speaking strategies that make them masters of every conversation, and choosing the words that get them what they want through better understanding. Breakouts into small groups will enable seminar participants to experiment with and practice the tools they learn.
