Often home buyers make the mistake of jumping right in to the home buying process without making the proper preparations beforehand. People end up paying too much, working with the wrong Realtor or not having their mortgage financing in order.
Because the process of buying a home can often be confusing and time consuming, the First Time Homebuyer Workshop was created to educate homebuyers about the homebuying process and what to expect with the purchase of their first home. Counselors from REACH work closely with the homebuyer through every step in an effort to simplify and reduce the stress of the homebuying process.
