3rd annual Ladybug Release Party
Bring the family for a day full of ladybug fun on Saturday, February 11th! Kids will enjoy ladybug crafts, face painting, and of course...ladybug releases! 3rd annual Ladybug Release Party
Children are encouraged to come dressed as a ladybug for a chance to win a special Palm Beach Zoo prize pack during our Ladybug Costume Contest!
The Schedule for Ladybug Day is as follows:
11 a.m. - 2 p.m. DJ, Face Painter, Air Brush Artist & Craft Station
11:30 a.m. First Ladybug Release
12 p.m. Ladybug Costume Contest
12:30 p.m. Second Ladybug Release
1:30 p.m. Third Ladybug Release
Please note that there will be sign up sheets for each of the ladybug releases as you enter the Zoo. Participants will receive a colored wristband corresponding to their chosen time.
Ladybugs are a natural pest control insect and are great for your garden and lawn. They eat damaging aphids and plant mites.
