Description
Whether your nonprofit organization has been around for a couple of years or a couple of decades, there are always operating improvements that could make the Leadership Team's job more effective - and the organization’s mission more reachable. The older the organization, the less likely its governing documents match current best practices, let alone current regulations. In addition, educating the Board Members as to their role and responsibilities is an on-going process that, if done properly, can turn antagonists into protagonists, and outliers into leaders. This workshop is designed for staff executives of any 501c3, 501c4 or 501c6 nonprofit organization that is at least two years old. Bring your questions, challenges and concerns. You will leave with answers and resources to make your job more enjoyable and your organization more successful.
