The purpose of this seminar is to provide attendees with the confidence to deal with difficult issues that arise in their professional business environment.
During this seminar we will consider some of the difficult issues that arise in the workplace and explore constructive strategies for dealing with them. We will also consider the influence of personality types in managing these situations.
