Join the Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County's Equal Business Opportunity team for a small business development seminar. These monthly Transformational Tuesdays are to engage our small business leaders to rethink their habits, learn innovative strategies, and get ready for a new way of thinking that will propel them to the next level. This month's topic focuses on the importance of a business road map to align vision with accountable direction. The presenter, Victoria Hughes, Director of the Florida Women's Business Center, will explore:
- Why setting goals is important
- How to measure and analyze outcomes
- How to use the road map as a planning tool to grow your business
